Aquila Marketers reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.

3. Payments and Fees

Services are provided based on agreed project fees, retainers, or campaign budgets. An advance payment may be required before the project begins.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services or withholding of deliverables until payment is received.

4. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon at the beginning of the project. Additional revisions or changes beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, assets, approvals, and feedback required to complete the project.

Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines and delivery schedules.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aquila Marketers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Marketing results may vary depending on market conditions, audience behavior, and platform algorithms. Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.
